 Q1. How do I place an order online?

Answer:

Step1. Select a category- Choose the product of your choice.

Step2. Select Length/Colour/Quantity you want and Add to cart.

Step3. If you want more items to buy then click on “continue shopping” and follow step 1 and 2 again Otherwise Check out

Step4. If you are a new customer then Create an Account by registering with our company by giving required details otherwise if you are a returning customer just enter your email id and password as registered with us to sign-in.

Step5. Before finalizing your order or before paying for the order, carefully cross-check your order and shipping address. You can continue your check out procedure.

Step6. Select one of the payment options-Paypal, or through a bank and make your payment accordingly.

Note: You will now receive a payment confirmation mail and an SMS from HSE. 

Q2. How will my order be delivered to me?

Answer: Once we get the payment confirmation, we will release your order the same day and you will receive your order within 5-6 working days, we use professional courier services like DHL, FEDEX, TNT etc. for delivering your order.

Q3. How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Answer: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email or through a short text message from HSE. This confirmation will have all the details of your order.

Q4. Do you take orders over phone?

Answer: Yes, we do take orders over phone also. You can call us on our registered phone numbers and give all the details of your order. We will send across regular updates to you regarding your order status and shipment.

Q5. I tried placing order by Paypal but it is not working?

Answer: Yes, if your Paypal account is not working then you can choose other option of payment i.e. through a bank.

Q6. How do I check the status of my parcel?

Answer. After dispatching parcel, we provide you Fedex tracking number. With this tracking number you can check the status, time, and expected date of delivery of your order.

Q7. Can I change my order after payment?

Answer. Yes, you can change your order with the same amount. You can place new order according to your choice. You should give a specified mail to change your order or you can call us for the same.

Q8. I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?

Answer. The confirmation call or sms is just to verify that there isn’t any change in your order.

Q9. Can I place bulk orders for a product?

Answer. Yes, you can place bulk orders. Our bulk orders are usually around 10kg. However it’s always better if you place an order for more than 2 Kg of product through an e-mail.

Q10. Can I add an item to my order after I have confirmed my order?

Answer. Unfortunately no however in such a case, you can simply place a new order.
